Multinational warehouse club chain: fleet-wide rollout across all China-region stores
A major U.S.-headquartered warehouse club chain operates dozens of stores in the China region. Each store runs three high-volume prepared-food zones — deli / hot foods, in-house bakery, and frozen-foods packaging — generating thousands of trays, pans and storage containers per day per store that all need cleaning to global retail food-safety standards. Before V-TAI, the chain standardized on a U.S.-built roll-in rack washer across its global fleet. The China-region operations team trialled the PTW-1900 against the incumbent U.S. machine on equal soil profiles in one store. The PTW-1900 cleaned the deli, bakery and frozen-zone equipment in the same single chamber, with PLC cycle logging that integrated cleanly into the chain's sanitation SSOP. Operationally, the V-TAI machine was rated easier to use than the legacy U.S. machine — and priced at roughly half the FOB cost. After the trial, the chain rolled the PTW-1900 out to every store in the China region. Today, all China-region stores in the chain use the V-TAI PTW-1900 as their wash-bay platform.
Fleet-wide adoption across dozens of stores. ~50% capital-cost reduction vs the incumbent U.S. brand at like-for-like configuration. One machine per store handles deli, bakery and frozen-zone cleaning. Cycle-log integration into chain's sanitation SSOP achieved without custom development.
