The certificates on this page are held under the legal name Zhaoqing Hongxiang Machinery Co., Ltd. (肇庆弘翔机械), which is the manufacturing subsidiary of V-TAI.
This is a standard parent-subsidiary structure used by most professional Chinese manufacturers in the export market. The V-TAI brand fronts customer-facing operations (sales, engineering review, warranty, service network in 40+ countries) while Zhaoqing Hongxiang operates the manufacturing base under its own legal entity and holds the production-side certifications.
For customers conducting supplier due diligence, certificates, factory audit reports (BV / SGS on request), and the business license of Zhaoqing Hongxiang are available during the engineering review.

credit-rating agencies.
Zhaoqing Hongxiang holds AAA-level ratings from eight Chinese commercial credit-rating bodies. These are domestic Chinese instruments — international buyers typically don't recognize the issuing agencies. We list them here for transparency and for buyers conducting deep supplier due diligence.
For honesty: the PTW-1900 is not NSF-listed and we do not claim NSF certification. The machine is designed to NSF/ANSI 3 thermal sanitization standards (82°C final rinse), and our materials (SUS304 stainless steel, food-grade gaskets) are FDA-compliant per 21 CFR 177, but we have not pursued NSF listing or FDA premarket review for the product itself.
If your project specifically requires NSF listing, we'll tell you upfront so you can evaluate alternatives. If your project requires NSF/ANSI 3 compliance (the engineering standard rather than the listing), the PTW-1900 meets the technical specifications.
