[ 01 ] Production Walkthrough
Six stations.
End to end.
From raw stainless coil to crate-ready machine. Each station passes documented QA before the unit moves on.
Stn 02
Welding and finishing
TIG welding by certified welders. Argon-shielded for food-grade weld integrity. Pickling and passivation per ASTM A967.
Stn 03
Subassembly
Pumps, motors, plumbing pre-assembled in clean conditions. Schneider Electric controls integrated at this stage.
Stn 04
PLC programming and testing
Each PLC loaded with customer-specific cycle profiles. Cold-start factory test before final assembly.
Stn 05
Final assembly
Chamber, doors, controls integrated on the assembly line. Hour-by-hour quality inspection. Pre-shipment factory acceptance test.
Stn 06
Quality inspection
Full cycle test with thermocouple validation, electrical safety test, pressure leak test, certified before crate-out.

Come walk the floor with us.
We welcome serious buyers to visit the factory in person. The standard factory visit includes a production walkthrough, a live PTW-1900 demonstration cycle, an engineering review with our application team, and dinner in Shenzhen.
Visa invitation letters provided. We can also arrange airport pickup from Shenzhen Bao'an, Hong Kong, or Guangzhou Baiyun.
